What to Expect When You Arrive

From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel welcomed and comfortable.

We’ll greet you, help you get oriented, and make sure you know exactly where to go — then you’re free to settle in and enjoy your visit.

If you’ve chosen a peaceful viewing visit, you can take your time, walk around, and enjoy the animals from outside the pastures at your own pace.

If you’ve chosen an up-close experience, we’ll guide you into select pastures where you can meet and interact with the animals in a more hands-on way. Because our animals’ comfort and well-being always come first, each visit may look a little different depending on them that day.

Some moments are quiet, some are playful, and some just make you smile — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Whether you're here for something fun, meaningful, or a little bit of both, we hope you leave feeling refreshed, happy, and glad you came.

A Few Helpful Notes:

• Comfortable shoes are a good idea — this is a working ranch 😊
• Closed-toe shoes or boots are required for entering the pastures with the animals
• Visits are spaced out to keep things enjoyable for both guests and animals
• Children are always welcome and must be closely supervised by an adult at all times
• We’ll guide you along the way — no experience needed
